I had brought him in to have his sutures removed, he was also recovering from kennel cough. They told me he was good to go for adoption and it caught me off guard, I thought I would have a few more days with him. I hadn’t even completed his foster profile yet. I was sobbing trying to get through the paperwork. It was a cold and rainy day and I didn’t think anyone would be in looking, especially for a special needs dog (Although, you would never know it!!) I was shocked when AHS called me at home within three hours to tell me a nice couple had been in to adopt him. I almost took him back home with me because my son wanted to say goodbye. I know it was meant to be. He was my best foster EVER and I have often wondered how he is doing. I have pictures of him all over my house. The best part of Jack is his sweet nature and he loves to cuddle. You couldn’t have picked a better dog 🙂
