well first dog looks like my dogs with the rescue pups around.. so Id say he is saying ‘mmmm is that a pup crawling up my leg?”

A lot of those dogs look like they are super-skeptical as to the authority of the humans in the room. Several look like they’re questioning just what their motives are for taking pictures and whether there is anything in it for them. 🙂
