wonderful photos and story. i found u on blogpaws. i am a pet sitter and foster dog mom. all but 1 of my pets are rescues. i think all pets are special that get rescued. our last rescue, a blind shih tzu was to be euthanized and saved his last day, labeled as aggressive. today he is a happy healthy little doggy. great work you are doing! 🙂

Bones is absolutely gorgeous! So glad to hear that he is one of the “lucky ones”! Fantastic photos can make all the difference in a shelter dog’s chances for adoption and I applaud all the photographers who give of their time for that purpose.
I know what you mean about sometimes feeling like you’re not doing enough. I feel that way most of the time. But we do what we can, and we just have to keep doing that.
