Vegan Carrot Pupcakes

Delicious vegan carrot pupcakes for dogs!

Servings 12 mini muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour (we use rice flour)
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup natural applesauce
  • 3/4 cup grated carrots
  • Optional: xylitol free peanut butter for frosting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Lightly grease muffin pan or use a non-stick muffin pan
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Pour batter into muffin pan (Batter does not rise)
  • Bake 15-20 minutes
  • Optional: frost with xylitol free peanut butter

Notes

These muffins are preservative free.  Freeze or use within a few days.
