Ingredients

flour
(we use rice flour)
3/4
cup
oats
1
cup
natural applesauce
3/4
cup
grated carrots
Optional: xylitol free peanut butter for frosting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease muffin pan or use a non-stick muffin pan
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Pour batter into muffin pan (Batter does not rise)
Bake 15-20 minutes
Optional: frost with xylitol free peanut butter
Notes
These muffins are preservative free. Freeze or use within a few days.
