Life is better with a dog. One of my favorite parts of blogging is learning more about the dogs that I feature. Sometimes a dog’s name sets my expectations. The bar is pretty high when a dog’s name is The Dude. He joined his humans for their engagement session with Angelica from Dawnpoint Studios at Richard W. DeKorte Park in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. As you’ll see, The Dude does not disappoint!
From Angelica: “After six years filled with exploring Italy and hiking almost all rims of the Grand Canyon, Jenna and Joe start their new adventure of being engaged! To celebrate, their engagement session was at a spot close to their heart, Richard W. DeKorte Park. They have many memories there with their dog, The Dude. Throughout the whole session, Joe couldn’t stop smiling because of Jenna’s excitement! 
They were so fun and playful!”
From Jenna: “I knew the minute I met Joe that he was the one, but little did I know that it was actually The Dude who would steal my heart! Joe got The Dude prior to us dating from a friend he served with while still in the Marines. So I was a little nervous coming in as an adopted dog-mom.
However, it didn’t take long before The Dude was so welcoming, loving, and accepting of me as a new addition, that I felt like he had always been part of my life. We’re lucky to have The Dude in our life because his big personality always keeps us active, grounded, silly, and of course, smiling.
There is no way we could possibly exclude The Dude from our wedding because he is part of our family, and we couldn’t imagine a life without him in it.
