Like most things in life, engagement sessions are better with a dog! Chewbacca joined his favorite people for an engagement portrait session at Butterfly Beach with Fig + Willow Studios. Like so many other gorgeous dogs featured on the Daily Dog Tag, Chewy is a rescue.
From Alycia: “This fun beach engagement session at Butterfly Beach was exactly the way to start our Spring Wedding Season. I loved how Edgar and Natalie weren’t scared of getting wet, and their pup, Chewbacca, was absolutely perfect. 
They rescued him from a shelter when he was a puppy in san Diego. He’s now two years old! Chewy is a Goldendoodle. 
He is an integral part of their life, and they named him Chewbacca (or Chewy) because they are both huge Star Wars Fans. He goes everywhere with them and loves road-tripping.”
From Natalie: "We met while attending college at CSU Channel Islands. Since we were taking the same Political Science class, I asked him to study with me as I hate/hated Political Science. We talked for a week and have been inseparable since going on nine years!
Our wedding will be a small backyard wedding with family.”
