Even though it may be hard to remember what day of the week it is, Happy Friday! Rockzie, the Boxer, posed for her personal photographer (and dog mom) Tabatha O’Brien in the bluebonnets of Rockwall, Texas.
From Tabatha: “My 13-year-old gray face boxer Rockzie loves to get dressed up and walk around at the parks! I took her out to the bluebonnets and threw a red, white, and blue bandanna and red sunglasses on her, and she just sat pretty while I captured a few shots! A friend of ours was a boxer owner, and his dog had puppies. He was looking for homes for them, so we drove 250 miles to pick one up! We intended to get a male, but when we showed up, all that changed! The owner wasn’t home yet, so we waited outside of the property for him. Next thing you know, this cute little pup found her way out of the fence and came right up to us smothering us with kisses! We knew right then and there she was the one! She totally picked us!
Some of her favorite things include: doing tricks, peanut butter, short walks, exploring new parks, (she even stops to smell the flowers), sniffing around the dog park while ignoring the other dogs, kissing babies, sunbathing in the backyard with her mom, wrestling with her dad, and taking long naps with her best friend Hidey the cat!
She’s 13 years old now, and her face may be gray, but she’s still a puppy at heart, and we’re still obsessed with her! She’s pretty much the best diggity ever!”
