My sister sent me this video today and even though it is heart breaking, it is beautiful. I just wanted to share it with all of you. I’m sorry for the tears you’ll probably shed. I hope it inspires you to take your dog on any kind of adventure and call a professional photographer or videographer and set up a session.
It is much better if you watch in full screen. Denali was Ben Moon’s dog, beloved companion and trusted friend.
This film is a collaboration between Ben Moon, director Ben Knight and cinematographer Skip Armstrong.

oh my goodness, I bawled my eyes out. And in between I laughed 😉 I watched it yesterday morning, and then snuggled my dogs a little extra yesterday afternoon. This video is so beautifully done.
I had pretty much the same reaction. Then I took my dog Nelly out for a little adventure.
OMG, love this.
I kept seeing this around and knew I had to save it for the right time to watch. That time was in bed, with my dogs and tissues nearby. It’s so beautiful, perfectly embodying the devotion we share with our dogs.
I think that’s the most beautiful tribute I’ve seen; absolutely amazing. Though yes – kleenex is probably mandatory; I know it was for me.
It touched me on so many different levels. I’ve watched it 4-5 times now and I cry every time.
Very beautiful tribute. I did shed a few tears at seeing that. I lost my first pet (and best friend of 13 years) to cancer. I’m glad there are so many things to remember 🙂
It is such a wonderful thing to have had so many years with a loved one! I’m glad your pet lived with for 13 years. When I was 8 my parents got a Yorkie. She came to live with me right after college and lived to be 17. She was such a huge part of my life and childhood memories.
A wonderful tribute to a much loved dog and a reminder to me to spend a few more minutes each day making my boy happy.
Thank you for this chance! <3
Oh I love this video! I shared it on my page last week and it really made me want to cherish every moment I spend with my pups even more!
My 2 dogs and 2 cats are getting old now and I would like to get things that would make the rest of their lives fun and comfortable
I would buy yummy treats and toys and a kiddie pool
I saw this video a while back, I definitely cried. However, I agree with you, the video is so beautiful and it is a reminder to spend as much time as possible with our dogs while we can.
