Although I don’t love being cold, I love snowy photography sessions. Natalie from Good Morrow Photography sent in this happy dog-friendly family photo session taken in Arvada, Colorado.
From Natalie: “Rosie was their first puppy after they lost their other two dogs in 2011 and 2012.
They missed having dogs in the quiet house so searched and searched from the local rescues. They found Rosie and fell in love.
She was a rescue from an Indian reservation and chose their family.
Rocket was welcomed into the family Christmas of 2017 when a family member’s Husky had puppies.
Rocket and his sister Rosie love to hike and play with their humans!
Especially the three boys! Rosie is amazing at giving cuddles, and Rocket can run forever! I had so much fun playing in the snow and capturing the epic snowball fight that was this family’s session!”

What beautiful animals! Gorgeous photography! You might enjoy the movie TOGO, it is all about sled dogs and how they helped in Alaska years ago as a means f transport. The scenes with the puppies and adult dogs are wonderful. Thanks for sharing your pups!

I love this winter wonderland photoshoot – so sweet! Rosie and Rocket make the cutest pair and are so incredibly adorable.
Rosie and Rocket are adorable! Our kids want a dog again so badly, and they love Huskies to be honest, but we can’t take in a doggy yet. I love that this family has given these two a happy home. They look like a couple of happy dogs!
These pictures are absolutely stunning. I love how they incorporated their dogs in the shots. Awesome memories for this family!
I love it. I’m going to have to invest in a clicker so that I can take photos with my family. The dogs are like kids to me and are very spoiled. I take a bunch of photos of them but not usually with anyone.
We live in a warm climate, so I’m very curious how my pup would do in the snow. It’s such a gorgeous backdrop for photos, which makes it even more exciting to try.
These are lovely pictures! I think the snow makes a wonderful backdrop. Beautiful dogs and family!

What a lovely looking family! Once you’ve owned a dog, it’s going to be difficult not to have one at home, you’re definitely going to miss the feeling. I’m glad these cute dogs found a family that adores them.
We don’t experience winter here and I would want to experience in the future. I love the portraits and the shots looks so perfectly done! I would want to have something like this too.
